Looks great on what it covers

Posted by Unknown on 16th Aug 2017

The side wraps look great on what they cover, but note they do give you any to cover the side of the top half of the Macbook pro with toucher. With out these I honestly think it looks rather silly on a whole and I will most likely be removing them for a more unified look. Despite the lack of instruction or labeling on for which piece went where if you spend two minutes you should be able to sort it all out, but be sure to do that before you start as some of the pieces look like they could go on either side or either direction but can't. Ultimately I would have to say these are high quality but missing 1/3 of the desired coverage, if you are ok with a metal stripe down the sides of the machine go for it, but it doesn't do it for me.

TOAST RESPONSE: Thanks for the feedback. Often we need to leave extra clearances around the ports and this in turn forces the design to follow. We cover as much as we can without effecting the functionality of the device. Sometimes that isn't visually ideal, but we do our best.

Side Panels

Getting the side panels to fit properly is the key, taking time before removing the adhesive backing, seeing exactly where they will fit, lifting your lid up and down for possible points of contact is the key to a successful application of the veneer.
